1. I will need your reference picture first before the payment. :D
(Can be ur daily outfit, OC, gacha, custom, royale high, roblox or etc.)2. Payment always come first.
(I will only start after you pay)3. No refund.4. After the payment, I wll give you the sketch of how the drawing will be and you can make any changes to the sketch until we are both satisfied.5. After you have satisfied with the sketch, I will continue with the base colour, shading... The process will take shortest a day, longest will take weeks to finish.6. Commissioner will receive watermark version and non-watermark version.7. Artwork will take 2-7 days to finish. Pls be patient with me and don't rush me.8.
